Persons wishing to report a possible violation of legal provisions, human rights or guidelines may do so confidentially using our form.

General information

• Reports may be submitted anonymously.
• No IP addresses or personal data are stored.
• The report is stored for one year and can only be accessed by the compliance department.
• The information is used solely for processing the complaint and is treated confidentially.
• The report is forwarded to the Compliance Office: compliance@felchlin.com
• Complaints may also be made by telephone on +41 41 819 66 70. Please state the most important points on the answering machine (e.g. type of report, location, time, optional contact details for queries).
