Senior Business Developer Southeast US & Caribbean
Brett Rayon brings more than two decades of experience in the culinary and food industry, including roles as a chef and in commercial positions with chocolate manufacturers, pastry distributors, and startup food businesses. As Sr. Business Developer Southeast US & Caribbean, Brett will strengthen Felchlin’s presence in the region, with a strong focus on end-user customers and long-term partnerships in the professional chocolate and pastry sector. He will work closely with chocolatiers, pastry chefs, luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, bakeries, and other premium hospitality partners to grow the market and build customer loyalty.
In close collaboration with our distribution partners, he will identify opportunities, support growth initiatives, and drive value creation across the region. His daily focus will be on relationship building, customer development, and identifying new business opportunities to support sustainable long-term growth in the Southeast US and Caribbean markets.
